Access to the exhibition venue at the Zattere is directly from the Fondamenta delle Zattere, at number 417, not far from the Fondazione Guggenheim, the Fondazione Vedova and the Punta della Dogana (François Pinault collection). It is a large space whose building elements (walls, floors, ceilings etc.) have recently been restored, along with all the plant, including the heating and air-conditioning. It is located in an area that is becoming a centre of contemporary arts and is unaffected by high tides. A room suitable for use as an office with its own toilet is reached by an internal staircase. Delivery boats can easily tie up on the Zattere quay right in front of the entrance.
