The foyer has two arches at the sides and three smaller ones in the centre, and two lateral staircases that come together in the monumental staircase. The Palazzo Loredan foyer hosts the Panteon Veneto, a historic collection of busts and medallions representing ‘men distinguished in politics, arms, navigation, the sciences, letters and arts, born or long resident in the Veneto provinces from ancient times to the 18th century’.
